The Porthleven Food and Music Festival is set to return later this month, coming back with an even better programme than last year filled with fun activities for the whole family to enjoy.
A non-profit event run by talented local volunteers, the festival has developed a huge following over the years. This year they are expecting the event to attract as many as 20,000 visitors . Antony Worral Thompson and Jude Kareama will be kicking off the food demonstrations with their entertaining ‘Ready Steady Cook off’ which has become an annual favourite. The main event will be feature many cooking demonstrations run by top west country chefs which includes Rick Stein. As well as the cookery demonstrations there will also be food and craft stalls surrounding the harbour and live music.
