Hart of The Valley Restaurant Opening Times
Hart of The Valley Restaurant is open all year round. During the summer months, the restaurant and bar will be open on Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays & Saturdays and one Sunday a month for a traditional Sunday lunch.
During peak periods, such as the May half term and the Summer holidays, Ondine opens for breakfasts, lunches, doggy ice creams, and cream tea!
Between November 1st and Easter, the restaurant is open on Friday and Saturday evenings, and serves Sunday roasts every Sunday. Hart of the Valley is also available for private functions and private dining experiences.

Sunday Roasts
Enjoy Sunday Lunch at Hart of The Valley every Sunday through out winter, and tuck into a classic roast, with beef, chicken or roasted vegetable tart on the menu. Served with golden roasties, stuffing, Yorkshire pudding and an assortment of seasonal veggies. Sunday Lunch is served from 12-3 pm and pre-booking is recommended. The menu is subject to changes, due to the seasonal produce available.

Prepare to be amazed by our talented Head Chef, Ondine, who shapes the food scene locally in Truro and Falmouth and has previously appeared as a contestant on MasterChef.
With a background working as a chef compare on popular TV shows, as well as running classes at a renowned kitchen school, Ondine brings a wealth of experience and creativity and enjoys crafting a variety of cultural dishes for The Valley.
